You get quite a complete kit here. Well made bands.

Too long
The bands are decent enough quality but are rather long, so you don't get much resistance from them even if you use them all at the same time. Only when used with the door attachment can you get sufficient resistance be cause you can stand further away tensioning the band before starting the exercise

Why spend more?
Totally adequate for the work they are designed for. I cannot see the point of spending two or three times .more for something that does the same.
