I read this Book back in 2008 when i was doing time in Juvenile Hall in Fresno, California.This book really caught my attention. I felt identified by type of relationship he had with his father and the problems that i was facing at time. Something like same story different actor and different scenario. It made me see on How easy it is to fall into temptations and bad influences when we are young. According to the inmates Art had visited Fresno’s Juvenile Hall a few months before i got there. His mission was to motivate Teenager’s with his life story to do better and for them to turn their life’s around. I believe Art Rodríguez past away in April 04, 2010. (R.I.P)

Love this book I had to order two for the road and for home.

Really fun and interesting. Especially if you're from San Jose. This book would get a new life if there was an audible version or if it was at least on kindle.

Found this book on a library cart 15 years ago while I was serving a sentence in Juvenile Hall. First book I read from cover to cover. Was the first step to my transformation, buying as a memento. Can’t wait to read again.
