IMO this is best on market. It doesn't purge you but works gently to soften everything up so you feel like you are passing a sponge rather than an egg! It doesn't give you gripe pains either . If you can't poo, try this first.

Unfortunately it didn’t work for me but know it’s great for others! It arrived quickly so I could use it straight away but 3 days later had to try something else.

This is a laxativ that dose the job without making you sick, for bad cconstipation use 4 sachets each in 400ml water, once you have movement you can reduce to one or two a day, once you have the desired results stop taking them.
