Perfect Microsoft Elite/Natural Replacement
Love this keyboard. When my Microsoft Natural Elite finally bit the bullet (the cable connection into the back became so sensitive that it disconnected whenever I pulled out my keyboard tray), I began searching for a replacement ergonomic split keyboard. I trust most all of my other peripherals with Logitech products from Webcams to lighting to mice and headsets, so I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised when I found this keyboard. The battery life longevity on a Bluetooth keyboard is amazing. It turns itself off when not in use after a few seconds, and honestly, I haven't had to replace the batteries yet from original purchase. It has multiple adjustment/height tabs in the front if you want the keyboard set at an angle. If portability is critical for you, it is lightweight, and you can literally toss it in a bag and go because it will reconnect via Bluetooth to any device that pairs with it. Appearance is sharp and clean. The size matches the Microsoft Elite while managing to be a little smaller. As for value for the money, I'll be honest - it's a little pricy. But I would say that notwithstanding, I love it and would recommend getting one. There are some quirks to it. The keyboard layout is a little different than a Microsoft Elite, so if you are trained to touch-type, it will take a little adjustment period with a few missed strokes before you transition cleanly to it. There is also a screenshot utton right above the backspace that manages to get punched way more often than I think it should. So if you ever want to regularly take screenshots of your monitor in the moment - that's a huge bonus for you. Speaking of bonuses... and this also goes to the value/durability question. I have a cat who spilled my water cup at my desk, it spilled across the desk and landed on the keyboard itself. I was devastated. Keystrokes would return weird combinations and I was genuinely upset that I would have to replace it - because of how used to it I had gotten. I set it to the side, and pulled out my old Microsoft Elite (that it replaced) and after a few days of letting it dry, I turned it back on and it's working again. I'm using it to write this review. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS KEYBOARD! I bought a second one for work, and even have a few coworkers now looking into getting one.

Great Keyboard
Great keyboard! Purchased refurbished almost 4 years ago. I work 8 - 12 hour days, and this keyboard has stood up well to my abuse. While the letter D and S are becoming faded (pictured) that is pretty amazing for the use it recieves. As pictured, I popped off keys that I don't use and kept accidentally hitting. That annoyance easily solved. At times, keys have gotten stuck because from dust, crumbs and cat hair! Lol. I don't clean it like I should... so, when this happens I give it a good clean and pop off the affected key to get really clean. Very pleased with battery life and connectivity. Great keyboard and highly recommend for ergonomics, function and durability!

Excellent Choice! Easy Adjustment to use.
I bought this K860 as an Amazon renewed keyboard and was really impressed by its flawless condition minus the original box. At a pretty good discount, this was a great deal. Setup on my MacBook Air was as easy as selecting it in Bluetooth settings. I’m 72 and my wrists were sore after typing on my Apple keyboard, and was wondering if I could retrain my hands and fingers to use this ergonomic keyboard. I tried it flat on my desk as well as using the front legs to give it a slight tilt towards the rear. Found out that was my most comfortable position for me while typing. So far I’m 100% happy with it, and knowing how much more affordable it was as an Amazon Renewable purchase was very rewarding as well. I procrastinated buying the K860 for years and am so happy that I finally took the opportunity to buy and use it. Hope this review helps you in finding the perfect keyboard for yourself. Ciao….

Great replacement for MS Ergo 4000 only IF you can handle the flat keys
Been using a Microsoft Ergo 4000 for as long as I can remember but they are hard to come by now and I wanted something wireless. I'm using the Logitech MX mouse and have always been a fan of their products so I went ahead and gave the K860 a shot. I'm writing this review with it right now, the first day I have it attached, and so far I'm having to correct every 5th or 6th word. The issue is with the height of the keys, it's a HUGE adjustment from the MS keyboard, but I'm sure I'll get there - I used to carry around old mechanical keyboards because I was very particular but the Ergo 4000 broke me of that. I'll update this review if anything else weird happens, but so far, on a Mac Mini, this keyboard is great. Oh yeah, after I remapped the Option and Command keys for more natural placement for me.

Amazing high quality keyboard, just not for me
When I first learned to type, I purchased an ergo keyboard. This was a long time ago when over a few niche companies were even making them before Microsoft came out and set the standard for how they should look. Fast forward a couple of decades and now I very rarely use one. I grew accustomed to typing on laptops and eventually mechanical keyboards. I'm a technology director for a company so I come across a lot of these keyboards that are deployed to employees and like to try them out. This keyboard is far and away the highest quality ergo keyboard I have ever used. The fit and finish on it is excellent and if this style keyboard is your thing, I know you will be impressed. While I am a touch typist, I have also picked up bad habits over the years and I was always self-taught without the home key style training that keys fingers on the sides they are supposed to stay on. This causes issues when using split design keyboards that Id rather just avoid than retrain my mind. I went from typing around 95-105 wpm on standard layout keyboards to around 75-80 on this and with enough work I know I could have gone back up. The Battery life is excellent on this keyboard and the wrist rest, though permanently attached, is quite comfortable. I've read complaints that the texture can cause some irritation but I did not find this to be the case for me. I'm a big fan of the Logitech unifying receiver so any device from them that supports it is also a plus for me.

Great keyboard without a mass of wires.
Very comfortable and reliable keyboard. No wires since it has a dongle for the computer.

CRAMPED
The lower rating is because the keys on this keyboard are very cramped (as if on a tight laptop keyboard) and there isn't enough tactile markers to feel where you are. It has the normal locator bumps 'f' and 'j' keys, however I'm constantly confusing the function keys with the number keys because they are so close together, and confusing the '\' key for the Enter key because the Enter key is lower relative to the home-row than every other keyboard. Even though there are a lot of awesome positives on this keyboard, it fails on its main use -- being an ergonomic keyboard that I can type efficiently on. So it just isn't worth it. I keep trying to use it for a few weeks to 'relearn' to this, but it's just too cramped and I become inefficient by need to re-correct typing mistakes and occasionally sending texts prematurely because of the 'Enter' key location. CONs - Cramped - 'Enter' and 'Caps Lock' columns don't follow the orientation of the split-keyboard, causing one to need to rotate the hands to use them -- removing the ergonomic intention of the keyboard on high-use keys. It would be fine if this keyboard was another inch taller to fix this major issue (this is the same kind of design blindness as putting the taskbar at the bottom or top of the screen when everyone has WIDE screens with not enough height real-estate on the screen, but plenty of side-to side real-estate). - Not enough tactile indicators of which keys are which. They should add a bump on the Enter and the '1' and '0' keys. - Keys feel hair-trigger, they have almost no action to them - feels like a laptop keyboard. I get the "don't feel like a mechanical typewriter" to put less stress on the hands, however this is too far the other way. PROs - The arrow keys and other navigation keys (home, page-up, End, delete) are standard layout. Comfortable for heavy use and no relearning. - Wireless works well - 3 device memory switch. (each can be dongle or Bluetooth) - Connects to unifying dongle or Bluetooth - Unifying dongle lets you connect a few keyboards and a few mice to one dongle (if they are Logi unifying mice/keyboards). - Footprint is less-width than standard keyboard so fits on keyboard trays better.

Overall, a great keyboard! A little pricey. Lots of useful features! One minor issue (4.5 stars?)
UPDATE - An issue that has gotten pretty bad is the letters are wearing off the keys - no E, S, D, L, C, V, N, M & others are showing signs of wearing off. Not sure if this is a defect or just poor quality. Overall, a great keyboard! A little pricey. Lots of useful features! One minor issue (4.5 stars?) My favorite features are the easy key remapping that can be done from the Logitech App, Easy-Switch to different computers, CAPS lock on screen notification & Quick-lock key. -Jumping from system to system is easy without having to employ a KVM. -I am a touch-typer but often hit the CAPS lock by accident, the on-screen notification keeps me from yelling in my emails. -I work on secure systems & need to lock my screen whenever I am not in front of the monitor, the Quick-lock allows me to lock my system with one key, rather the Ctrl-Alt-Del & then clicking Lock. The only minor issue is that the letters have worn off the E, S, & C keys. Many other keys have a nice shiny spot from millions of key-strokes. No big deal since I type by touch but if that is something that bothers you, now you know.

A well-designed and well-built keyboard in an ergonomic layout
A well-designed keyboard, well-sized and highly functional. It feels well-designed and well-built. It was easy to connect to my PC and easy to manage via the Logi Options+ app, which I also use to manage a Logi mouse. The wrist rest is nice, and I think it will help address the numbness issues I encounter during long work sessions. I'm using it on a sit-and-stand desk and will fine-tune the height to get things dialled in right, but in the meantime, it's working well. This keyboard features riser tabs, but they are located on the front of the keyboard, not on the back, where you would typically expect them. This is a first for me, and I have to say I rather like it. It's putting my arm and wrists in a more neutral position, and when coupled with the sit-stand desk at the right height, it's a great ergonomically-friendly combination. You can program a number of the function keys via the Logi Options+ app, something I've done with the mouse; this can be a huge time/keystroke saver for repetitive work. You can also enable the top row to be either F-keys or media keys, which means you don't have to push the function key along with the F-key that you want to use. In case you're wondering, no, this keyboard is not backlit. More importantly, it has raised lines on the home keys, and as a touch typist, this is all I need. I don't look at the keyboard, and don't need it to be backlit. To be honest, I would find it distracting and annoying. Yes, the Caps Lock key has a tiny light on it. Between writing for my PhD and my day job, I type for 10+ hours a day, which is why I opted for the ergonomic layout. I think this will be an excellent keyboard to work with. This is an excellent keyboard and well worth the price. I would highly recommend it for someone who can touch-type, doesn't mind non-backlit keys, wants the enhanced functionality of programmable keys, and wants a well-designed ergonomic typing experience.

Excelente teclado, es buena opción contra el teclado similar de Microsoft... uso los dos. Lo mejor es el recorrido de las teclas.

Nice keyboard, as good as new condition!
Keyboard was delivered in the timeframe promised, in the original box with all protective packaging and components. It looks new (wouldn't have known it was repurposed/used) and it operates like it were new. It may take some getting used to the ergonomic design and placement of the hands/keys (which is to be expected as most of us are used to the old fashioned keyboard placement), but outside of getting used to it the first day or so, it's great. My hands/wrists are comfortable and the wrist support is nice. The curved keyboard is interesting...I'm not sure what the science is behind it, but it feels comfortable so it must do something to relieve wrist pain. I'd recommend this keyboard.
