Great reconditioning. Works wonderful right out of the box.

Product came as advertised, in perfect condition. The Fujitsu software is a little squirrely until you figure it out, but the scanner is excellent and fast.

I purchased 3 of these scanners for our District Court. Not a single one of them would work. The rollers on all 3 were worn out and should have been replaced when they were "Refurbished". (See the picture) I had to order replacement rollers for $60 to get all 3 of them working. If I had time, I would have sent them back and bought them from someplace else. As far as the scanner goes, they are dirty, scratched up and I really don't see how they pass what Amazon allows for "refurbished" I have bought many refurbished computers and printers and never had issues like this. Simply shrink wrapping the scanner in plastic and packing it in a box is NOT refurbishing it. Very Disappointed.

After sending back the first 2. I finally got one that works. The driver disk that was sent did not have anything on it. But it worked by just plugging in the usb cord to my desktop computer. The first 2 I ordered were horrible. One was physically broken on the paper trays and had errors flashing. The second one had errors flashing. For the price you’re paying it’s worth buying these. They’re about $1000 new. And this used model works just fine.

We needed a document scanner for our business and after purchasing a different scanner we have to return it the next day because it was slow and not without a Twain driver. I found one Amazon renewed that was less than $400 with 4 years insurance included and decided to give it a try. I was shock to find out that the unit was NEW in the original box, and it may have been a open box with 0 scan at the counter. The scanner is pretty easy to use with my mac OS and works flowless with our Busines computers. The scanning speed is one of the best in the business and the scan quality is just what we need. I was able to scan receipts and other paper type size. I will definitely buy another unit in the near future.

The Good: - The scanner is incredibly fast. - It is a nice size, not too big. The Bad (mostly about the seller): - The seller didn't send the manual, and instead included a one page document with "Installation" instructions. They were worthless. As you can see in the picture, the instructions are nothing more than go to fujitsu.com and download both drivers. Not that simple. There is one "driver" which is IP PaperStream. - In addition, there is no mention of also downloading the software, PaperStream ClickScan. To do that you need the serial number. To get the serial number you have to dig through IP PaperStream to find it, it is not on the unit itself. - The scanner menu was set to Spanish. It took a good bit to translate every menu item to find the language setting. - The power cord shipped is not the original, or even an OEM replacement. It does not fit well and easily disconnects from the scanner.
