I absolutely love these! Every winter I stock up on these and use them as I work outdoors a majority of the day. They’re very comfortable to have on the feet. They don’t cause excess bulk. They heat up very quickly and last for numerous hours! I love that I can purchase them in bulk instead of having to spy singles. They are a great value for the money. I do advise you be careful for anybody with sensitive feet as they do get very hot.

When I tell you these are game changing, I truly mean it. These are not like the little HotHands packets you shove into gloves or try to wedge near your toes. These are full-on insole warmers that cover the entire footbed. Heel to toe. And they get HOT. I have horrific circulation and I am a giant baby when it comes to being cold. For context: I use an electric blanket every single day, year round. I am eternally cold. Cold feet are usually my downfall, and these absolutely saved me. They stick nicely inside your shoes, stay put, and provide consistent warmth instead of random hot spots. Once they heat up, your whole foot feels warm, not just your toes. It’s glorious. Real-world test: I survived a winter in Syracuse, NY using these. If you’ve ever experienced upstate New York winter, you know that is no small feat. Without these, I would’ve been miserable (or possibly deceased - jury’s still out). For someone recovering from Bartonella, this was a lifesaver. Heated up in a minute and lasted hours. This gave me so much relief during the "peak weeks" of my antibiotic course. I still use them in the mornings when the foot pain is bad. I wish they had one for shins!!

Rule #1 do not put into your carry on even if you are TSA Pre check. I got flagged as carrying explosives. Guess when they scan this stuff it was get mistaken for GUN POWDER Rule #2 they are adhesive so we tapped these to our glove liners and they stayed in place all day while skiing and did a better job of keeping our hands warm vs our feet. Rule #3 because they are adhesive dont be surprised if you find residue behind and fabric missing from your socks overall. Since there is no 3.5 because of the airport situation I have it a 4 because of the glove hack. If you are really trying to keep your feet warm below 25 degrees I would suggest the FULL length version of these over the half size. They did fit great in our boots and glove lasted a very long time but certainly doesn't stay at maximum warmth for the full length of time. Maybe 25% before you will notice a difference in warth.

These are wonderful foot warmers! They keep your feet warm for at least six hours!

They work even in low oxygen environments like inside rubber boots. Use them every winter.

These definitely work! I am freezing at work all day so, I bought these. I was wearing thick fuzzy socks inside my Ugg like boots and these warmers were almost too hot for my skin. The arch of my foot is more sensitive than the heel and toe area, so that's where it felt too hot. I stuck it out and it was the first day in a year that I had warm feet at work! Lasted all day at work and then some when I got home.
