RUB IT IN for Restless Legs
I use this product (as opposed to the more easily gut absorbed, but thicker liquid inside Mag Citrate) to rub into my legs when being bothered by restless leg syndrome. I find that it works quicker than swallowing it. I cut off an edge and rub one capsule into each leg. Put it behind the knee and on top of the feet, then spread the rest elsewhere. Those areas ARE THE THINNEST AND MOST ABSORBENT skin areas so the magnesium gets right in.

have been looking in the stores for nature made magnesium 400 mg without any success. Was able to locate them on Amazon for a very reasonable price. If you are a male and taking magnesium for leg cramps you cannot go wrong with these 400 mg capsules.

Product arrived on time. Has Calories and my physician states to use the Magnesium Citrate pill This product is the Carbonate version of Magnesium and the Citrate per my physician is better absorbed in the body.

Not easy to absorb
I had been taking a different brand of magnesium for migraines and switched to this a little more than a week ago, and this brand is not nearly as effective. I'm now constipated, which magnesium typically relieves (it has a stool softening effect), I had a migraine that lasted four days, and last night I was awoken by a leg cramp in my right leg and then again awoken by a severe leg cramp in my left leg at 4 in the morning. I never fell back asleep, which in addition to the low magnesium levels, will also make me more prone to a migraine. I had plenty of foods with potassium yesterday and no unusual sweating that might have thrown off my electrolytes. I think I simply haven't been absorbing this magnesium. There are better brands out there. I do not recommend this one.
