Can you use this with comfort milk?

I used it for anti reflux milk so I'd assume it would be fine for comfort milk.

Do you store in fridge and use as needed?

That's what I do. I make about 4 bottles at a time and would take them out as and when needed. He's now 6 months and no problems.

As far as I was aware, once powder is mixed with the water for the bottle it should be used within 2 hours so how will this jug work then?

You can mix boiling water in the jug then pour the formula into sterilised bottles and put straight in the fridge. So long as everything is sterile you will be fine to keep the milk until you are ready to use it. We make up 5 or so feeds at a time so we don't keep more than 24 hrs

How do you strealise the pitcher?

The pitcher is very easy to clean, it breaks down into 4 bits and you just pop them in the dishwasher x
