These wrist cuffs are by far the most comfortable I’ve ever used. I ordered a size L to help with my tennis elbow/extensor tendon injury, and they’ve made my workouts completely pain-free. They do an excellent job of reducing tension in the area while still feeling sturdy and durable. The cuffs are easy to put on, versatile thanks to the adjustable Velcro, and the padded interior adds an extra layer of comfort. Highly recommend!

So far, they are holding up, but I’m not confident that the stitching will last. Some of the stitches Around the hook and loop are pretty strained while in use. Overall, they are cheap and do what they are supposed to do.

I'm a new user but so far very satisfied. These are the first wrist cuffs I've found that can be firmly tightened around my small wrists. And so far these cuffs are working well with heavy cable weights. With some other cuffs I've used, the velcro pulls loose when loaded heavy. The design of having the triangular attachment rings along the side of the cuff, instead of across the cuff, works great. On most cuffs where the D-ring is across the cuff it interferes with pulling the strap tight. That's not a problem with this design. Before deciding to buy these I was concerned that it might be awkward to get the two triangular attachments onto a cable carabiner (with just one hand), but I found for most exercises that is not a problem. For a few where it is awkward, I am experimenting with attaching a single carabiner to the two triangle rings and using that as a single point of attachment to the cable carabiner. That seems to be working well.

Love using this at the gym! It’s comfortable and feels very durable. Buy it if you have a need for it.
