I have ordered this supplement several times. It helps me in so many ways.

I get the "Gramp's Cramps" sometimes - but a lot less - a LOT LESS - when I take at least one of these in the morning. If I've had a lot of water during the day, I take one at night, because too much water will wash out electrolytes. Seriously, my sleep was interrupted almost every night when I'd stretch out a leg in my sleep and BOING! TWANG! - omg my calf, my thigh - but this doesn't just seem to "help" - for me it's an outright cure. (Yes, I was taking the other single-type of Magnesium that they cut down the milligrams of, and it didn't seem to do the job - this does. )

This worked for leg cramps didn't work for anything else didn't miraculously wake after losing weight didn't wake up with a better smelling vagina. Did3wake up witha shrunken belly. My mind was not clear from brain fog. I did however experience less legcramps at night when taken about 40 minutes before bed.

Honestly, these are like little magic pills! I track my sleep with my Apple Watch and have a CPAP, these little magic pills helped with my HRV and lowered my heart rate! I feel calm and at ease! We all need more magnesium! This is a must for feeling well and living your best life!
