Initially the steamer I got was defective. The unit overheated making it too hot to touch/ turn off. I contacted the seller who responded right away and immediately sent me a replacement unit, no questions asked. The replacement arrived three days later and works like MAGIC. Super simple to use. Comes with instructions as well as what NOT to do with the steamer. The steam lasts more than 10 minutes. Unit lets out a lot of steam! The accessories that come with the unit are great as well for the price. The unit is very easy to clean. Your skin will be glowing and fabulous after you use this product. I definitely recommend buying this product.

This is definitely a more frivolous purchase. I had it my cart for a while debating it but I am so glad I bought it! I live in a very dry state so my face neeeeeds some moisture and a good pore cleansing, especially in the winter. I use it for about 10-15 minutes which is how long it lasts when you fill up the water container. When I’m done I can see my pores expelling all that gunk which I can extract using the tools that come with the steamer or I can just exfoliate after. I usually use this after the shower when I’ve oil cleansed and regular cleanse. Two things I like about this product vs others: 1) The inside is stainless steel. Other products are plastic on the inside and reviewers claim to smell a burning plastic smell when they use it. Which is very concerning to me and that’s why I chose one that is stainless steel. It smells like a steam sauna to me. 2) other products have reviews that claim the product sputters and spits out hot water. This product does not do that. It does have a sputtering sound when using but it’s contained to the inside of the product and does not spray out. It’s also not too hot but hot enough to do the job. To use this, just fill the tank, plug it in and push the power button. It automatically stops when the water runs out. It takes about 20 seconds to start steaming once you start it up. My skin seems happy after using this. It’s definitely a step up from just normal cleansing.

Works well. Faint smell of cancer but worth it for the winter allergies. Very fine and very hot mist. Small output radius. Easy to refill, less easy to clean. No hard water build up or deterioration after many uses Wish it had a larger water capsule. If you have the money buy something with less plastic though.

To be honest, when this item arrived I thought it was too small to be what I wanted. As I took it out of the box, I saw how lightweight and pretty it was--still assuming it would not send out enough steam. Let me tell you, it might be beautifully made and compact, but the amount of steam it puts out is amazing! After the 10 seconds it took to warm up, I immediately felt stress float out of my body. No idea if a facial steam is meant to do that, but this little cutie did exactly that. Good for the skin and a stress reliever--who could ask for anything more. I highly recommend this product!

I'm pretty happy with this facial steamer. It's super easy to use, you just unscrew the cap on the cartridge fill it up, put the cap back on, drop it into the back of the steame,r and push the button. Within about 10 seconds you can hear the water heating up and within another 30 seconds, the steam is going full blast. I haven't timed the steam to see how long one full cartridge will last, but I'd estimate it to be about 30 minutes. My only minor complaint is that the cartridge on mine does leak a little when you turn it over but not terribly, so I just hold it over the well carefully before turning it over so the water falls into the well, or do it on a surface that won't be damaged by water. It does have a smell that I can only describe as a water steamer smell, like when you use the steam function in an iron. I don't find it off-putting but I think it's worth mentioning. I originally bought this to use while sick, the steam helps clear your sinuses and get rid of nasal congestion (temporarily) without medication. It can also alleviate chest congestion and help you cough out mucus. Works much better than some of the steamers meant for those purposes. This was the least expensive one that still had good reviews so I'm giving it five stars based on value and ease of use despite the minor issues of the leaking cartridge.

Excellent face steamer. I used it today and it cleaned my face so good. I couldn’t believe all the dead skin came off and cleaned my pores of guck. Highly recommend.

This is a review after only one use (Rose Gold option) As long as the unit continues to work, it'll be fine for my purposes. Be aware that while Amazon's photo reflects what's in the box, the instruction booklet will include things your box probably will not contain --a hair band, glasses for protecting lash extensions, a dust cover for the unit. (though It comes wrapped in a bag that can be reused to protect the unit from dust). My concerns are that instructions for filling the water tank aren't clear. To fill, you upend and pour water into the bottom--what's not explained or shown in a diagram is that you'll need to press the stem while filling. And, it comes with four tools, only one of which is explained. Since these are metal tools meant for use on the face, it would make sense to define them and explain how they should be used. The unit performed as expected. Any "new plastic" smell was minimal and dissipated quickly. The steam is gentle and feels good. As long as you don't need the extras-- or, if you do, are already familiar with the tools--this is a nice steamer. Remember to press that stem when filling...

Love it. I use it almost everyday. The water container is a decent size which means the steam lasts for quite a while before the water runs out. I definitely recommend this steamer.
