Super geeignet für Fasching/Karneval und vermutlich auch Rollenspiel. Auch in der Turnhalle wird einem in dem Frack nicht kalt. Der Stoff liegt angenehm auf der Haut, die Ärmel sind nicht zuneng und stören daher nicht. Einen Stern ziehen ich ab, da bereits beim ersten Tragen ein paar Fäden gezogen sind. Das ist bei dem Preis nicht unbedingt verwunderlich und der Frack wird sicherlich noch viele Male zum Einsatz kommen können.

This tailcoat jacket was ordered to be either stage wear or for fancy dress, depending on the weight & quality when it arrived. Before ordering, I checked the measurements & selected the appropriate size from the chart which indicated an XL which is the same UK size usually worn. I had my doubts about the quality considering the price so wasn’t expecting anything too exceptional but I was surprised at how good it actually is. The first thing I noticed was that it was light & therefore would not be too hot or make it difficult to move the arms. It is lined with only a thin polyester material, but this is ideal for being able to move around. The coat fits very well & true to size & has a little extra in the front to hide a tummy. The coat material is like a thin crushed velour so feels plush & soft to the touch. The embroidery is in a simple cotton thread so is smooth & does not snag anything as some glittery embroidery can. The buttons are a lovely half globe in silver & there is silver leatherette piping all around the edge seams of the coat. The cuffs & mock waistcoat centre panel are made from a silky material with a brocade pattern & is very in keeping with the general look of the coat. The button holes are a little tight but with enough of a push it is possible to get them through. There are a couple of little stray threads here & there, but all in all a brilliant item.
