I had this done years ago, like 26 and I really enjoyed finding this on Amazon. I love it and do it every other week on my hands. It makes them feel so good after working in the yard.

I have no idea how to use this hand spa. It doesn't come with true instructions just a small, poorly written pamphlet that does not explain the steps to safely use the machine or how to clean it. No clue how to use it. I'm very frustrated. There is a cosmetic brush, but no clue what it is for. This is an awful device since it has no clear instructions nor a customer service number to call with my questions. Since I have no idea how to safely use this machine and no clue how to clean it I'm planning on returning it. A complete waste of money. Also, the pamphlet is terribly unclear. This is a very expensive machine and not worth it if I don't know how to use it. Also, it wasn't sent in an Amazon box, just the product box. The bottom of the unit is dented. I'm very unhappy with this purchase. It doesn't even have a brand name anywhere on the machine, instruction manual or the product box.

User's guide poorly written difficult to understand

Even with enough wax to go to the max fill line, it's too hot to use. Recommended temp for paraffin is 125-130° F. At the lowest setting this runs 140° F and that is painfully hot, even for a super quick dip. I've contacted the seller for a return/refund with no reply. I'll update if customer service turns around.
