No odor, no texture, cleans pretty well and small amounts can be left-in; nice product
I use this with my spot cleaner/extractor. I spray the mixture out onto the carpet/other porous surface, then either hand-brush it in with a nylon brush or, in worse situations, I use a drill-powered brush to work it in really well. Then, I use the extractor to pull most of it back out. It cleans pretty well and leaves no noticeable residue afterward, and seemingly has no odor. It does foam up a bit or I'd almost suspect they were selling water in the container. That's not a complaint, though. While working just plain water into a spill/dirty spot with a brush and extracting it would clean it quite well, the Folex stuff goes further and seems to help remove old stains and other such problems. The only thing I can't seem to get rid of are some UV-luminescent stains. Depending on the cause of the stain, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. For example, cat barf often leaves a permanent, UV-luminescent stain on the carpet. No matter how much I clean it with the Folex and a drill-mounted brush, it doesn't go away. It's hard to really fault the Folex, though, since that's probably an impossible task. However, when my kid was a baby/toddler he'd eat applesauce packets and sometimes toss them on the ground in his bedroom. Sometimes the applesauce would get on the carpet and cause a luminescent stain, even after hand-cleaning the stain with a rag. The Folex does remove these stains completely after being worked-in and extracted out.

Best Rug Stain Remover Ever!
I was hesitant to buy this carpet cleaner because it was so much cheaper than every other one on Amazon. The customer ratings were pretty good so I took a chance. It seems almost too good to be true but this stuff works at just a fraction of what the other cleaners are. It's super easy to use and got every stain out that I tried it on. With three dogs I needed something like this. No smell, made in the USA, cheap, and works. Wow!

It really works.
Roughly two years ago, our Labrador for some crazy reason decided to relieve herself on brand new, light grey colored Karistan carpet in a downstairs bedroom. We tried multiple different carpet cleaners to remove the yellow stain with no luck. We decided to replace the carpet but before calling our contact person at the carpet store, I decided to give the Folex a try, given things I'd heard about the product. Well, what I heard was true. The product removed the stain in no time. I didn't do anything special. Just followed the instux on the Folex container. This stuff REALLY works and saved me a couple of grand on new carpet. Absolutely no chemical odor.... Highly recommend.

Works good but not a deodorizer
I had one stain it couldnt remove and tbh i have no idea what it even is, thanks to our teenage son. It did work like magic on pet stains, however, it doesnt seem to also deodorize, which is my reason for 4 stars. I feel like i need to deodorize the carpet too since this has no scent, so i still have to purchase a second product

It works!!
I have a light tan headliner, which means every little mark stands out like a sore thumb. As a mechanic, dirt and grease seem to find their way into everything—including the headliner. I had 50–60 marks up there, ranging from penny-sized smudges to streaks 2–3 inches long. There were even fingerprint stains and a sun visor covered in grime. On top of that, I’ve got a 9-month-old who somehow manages to contribute to the mess up there too.I used this upholstery cleaner along with some detailing brushes and microfiber rags. It worked great. Some spots came clean with just one pass, while tougher ones took 2–3. A quick tip: don’t overdo it—headliners are delicate. Too much scrubbing or moisture can break down the adhesive that holds the fabric in place.I recommend spraying the cleaner onto the brush—not directly on the headliner. Then gently scrub with light to medium pressure, using circular motions and changing directions. Pat dry with a microfiber towel and let it air dry. A few spots left faint rings or outlines after drying, but a light second scrub took care of that. All in all, I spent about an hour cleaning every little mark, and now the headliner looks brand new. As a factory-trained technician with over a decade of experience in the automotive field (including trade school), I can confidently say this product works—just be gentle and take your time. Once you do a couple of spots, you’ll get the hang of it.Here’s a link to the detail brushes I got off Amazon: Detail Dudes Car Detailing Brush... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073YD6BJD?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Even Chuck Norris Bows to its Power
This stuff is MAGIC. Believe the hype. Seriously. I have not found a stain this can't remove, effortlessly. Set in or fresh stain, it takes them down like the way Chuck Norris was described a decade ago. The stain is so afraid, it leaves the carpet as soon as this is in its presence. The fact they keep it at a reasonable price and it works like magic, amazing.

I love this stuff
I've bought multiple gallons of Folex. For me, it does a great job on all the various pet accidents — with multiple cats and dogs I have plenty to deal with. Until a couple years ago, I had been using Rocco & Roxie — which smells really great, but it's cleaning power doesn't touch Folex's (and it's $50/gallon!).The key is to clean the spot as best as possible by just wiping up with paper towels — do more than that if you want to. Then, use the spray-stream (not the mist) to really dowse the spot extremely well. Then, just let it sit and do its thing. Once in a while (very rarely) I need to attack the spot again, but 95% of the time it works miracles. So many times I look at what it's accomplished and mutter, "magic."It also works great on other stains. The kid had a nose bleed and this made it disappear on his T-shirt and pillow case even before washing them. My sister spilled wine — no problem. My only complaint is that it takes forever to be shipped. I've learned my lesson to make an order when the current gallon jug is 1/2 full.
